I have Mbps plan with O2 but the maximum speed availability at my apartment is only 10 Mbps. I am in need of better speed , Is that possible to Cancel my contract and choose LET option with O2 .

I am sorry, your contract has minum contract duration of 24 month (til first of august 2020), that is the earliest possible date to cancel your contract.

Hi ,

Even if you don't even provide the speed that you have promised still i need to pay you as per the contract.
To your knowledge i have opted for 50Mbps plan and i am getting only 10mbps speed.

Hi

Since i have very low speed in MY DSL Connection from O2 i would like to Choose some LTE MAX connection for O2 . Before adaption for LET Max connection i just want to get to know the minimum speed that i can expect in below Address

Hi Aslam.
It is not possible to switch the DSL Tariff plan to a LTE mobile tariff plan, you have to sign a new contract.
LTE max is available but cellular network is a shared medium so it is not possible to tell you which is the minum speed to expect.

I am surprised to see that we have got 100 Mbps speed, Is that true . Could you please confirm me on the same ?

Hi,

yes, 100 Mbit/s is available but therefore you have to change your plan to o2 My Home L. It is 5 EUR/month on top of your existing basic charge.

Hi,

One quick question , I am quite confused because i still get on 8 to 10 Mbps speed now. The Other questions is Postrasse 22 and Postrasse 32 is also under the same building. How could i will get 100 mbps and Postrasse 22 still have 16 mbps .

Hello @ja.aslam,
if a building houses several addresses it is possible that there are also different wirings that lead to that addresses. So it is absooluutly possible that even if it seems like it is just one building that there are different speeds available.

i live in a home at a corner street. I get only 25 Mbit, my neighbor left 200 Mbit.

My line is on an old Telekom port, his on one of the new high speed lines.
