Cable internet, new order technical problem


Dear O2 community,

 

I just ordered O2 cable internet for my home. :) However, I've got an email saying:

 

bei der Bearbeitung Ihres Auftrags CINAo2N133XXXXXX sind technische Probleme aufgetreten, die eine weitere Prüfung erfordern. Dadurch kann es zu Verzögerungen kommen.

 

So I'm wondering, what's wrong with my order? I'm trying to find the order status at https://o2online.de/vt-order-status/bestellstatus… but can not find my order.

 

Could anyone please help? Many thanks.

Thank you Matze. Just to provide some information regarding Vodafone:

 

My current Vodafone contract terminates on the day of 28.2.2021. The “error” could be they want the starting date to be after that date, e.g., 01.03.021, which is also fine with me. Hope that helps with the negotiation with Vodafone. Many thanks :)

I was wondering what is the status of my order? Vodafone will cancel my internet on 28.02, will I be able to get the O2 internet I ordered? Thank you.

I think its best if you contact you english speaking customer service, our colleagues need some more info from you.
