Hello,My name is Seraj Ahmad.I prchased Google pixel 5 from O2 Dortmund Thier Galary on 17 Oct and i should receive with in 4/5 days but after 2 weeks still, i did not receive Invoice for my phone.I need that invoice to reddem offer from google for Headphone and last date is 11 Nov.Can you please provide the Invoice as soon as possible.
I am moving abroad and I have filled in and sent all documents by fax and email to the o2 centre at Nuremberg. I received the confirmation of cancellation from o2 but this refers only to the mobile phone number. Does this mean my DSL will also be parallely cancelled? Hello, I got an email to say that my new sim card will be automatically enabled in 14 days but I do not want this anymore as my phone was returned. There is no option on the website to cancel this sim so how can I cancel it? Please help urgently!
Hello, I waited at home for my package with my hardware to arrive and DHL did not deliver it. They left a note in the tracking to say that they couldn’t find the doorbell. As DHL couldn’t deliver,the order has been sent back and I have now received a letter to say that I need to pay for the unsuccessful delivery?? I don’t think this is fair as the fault lies with dhl. My name is clear on the doorbell and all other deliveries come without issue. Best,Cao

Dear Team, I am an O2 customer who got a Contract with Mobile and the 2 year period is getting over this month end. I am a student and I would like to reduce the monthly contribution which is currently 34.99 Euros. I would like to continue in O2 but it will be difficult for me to manage high monthly contribution in the current situation. My current plan is O2 Free M Boost 20 GB (34.99 Euro monthly contribution) I would like to change it to 10 GB plan which should be manageable for me. I am not able to find an option with 10GB in the contract extension option. Could you please help me in this regard? I need urgent help. The technician had come to my house and did his task. The DSL connection says it active now. I did not buy 02 router. I have TP Link router (tl-wr940n). I tried configuring it but it says no internet. I read many threads about it and unable to understand how should I proceed. Hello, I have signed up for the Free Unlimited Max tariff back in March, and despite some service disruptions the service quality was overall o.k. so far.However starting in September I have started receiving bills for over 90 Euros instead of my expected 50. The extra amounts show up in the bill as “Verbindungen & Services” with no breakdown or any other explanation.I have been unable to reach out via telephone (language barrier), and my questions via chat have never been answered.I would like an explanation to these extra charges and to understand how to get rid of them and be refunded for these past two months. Does anybody have any suggestion for a non-German speaker? Thank you.
I have recently travelled to home country and I changed my sim to another phone . I have to enter sim pin which i forgot and tried to unlock by entering PUK. After many attempts of entering correct PUK code , now I have notification of invalid sim . In September I went to the O2 shop to inform that my contract was ended, the men in the shop offer to me a new plan from the end of September (day 27). He told me, I can give you this new plan but you need to get a new chip and a new number, ok, I said yes, no problem with change my phone number. He explained that the new plan is unlimiteded for like 30 euro app. The only thing to be carefull is the day that I need to chenge my chip. We did the contract, everything looks normal. On 27 Sep. I check my new chip, receive my new number the email with the activation. BUT surprice, I received other email with another number too! I think maybe is a mistake. Now my last invoice of the new plan is 114 euro! I mean, if I only use one number, then I check both cost and it’s no more than 50 euros!, What happens? I feel like if this men in the shop scammed me. Need help with this, because I can´t pay that amount for it. Moved to English o2 Community by MXP_Alex
I have ordered for an 02 DSL and have been waiting for 1 month now . Today was my third Termin from the Techniker and today also no one came . Now 02 sent me a new message that they will make a new Termin . I have taken a new 02 sim and ordered for this DSL from the same O2 shop in Moritzstraße,Zwickau . The VERY GOOD AND LOYAL man from the O2 shop promised me that I will get the WLAN in 2 weeks and gave me a Termin on 16-10-2020. I ordered it on 30-09-2020. He also told me that all other network providers also will need two weeks for activation and made me sign the contract . O2 took €39.47 from my account on 13-10-2020(I don’t know for what!). It’s been one month now and 3rd Techniker Termin is over. I am hopeless and don’t know what to do next. Please help someone . Thanks 🙏🏽

Meine erste email von o2 hat “In Kürze erhalten Sie eine zweite E-Mail mit Informationen zum weiteren Vorgehen” gesagt, aber ich habe kein mehr emails bekommt. I made a contract in May 2015 with O2 to purchase a new phone and a new data contract. I was also given a free bonus sim card which I did not want, need or ask for. The sales guy said it was free so why not. I have never even taken the sim card out of it’s packet and have no use for it. After 2 years O2 started charging me €19.99 per month for this card despite knowing I was never using it! They never told me I had to cancel it with 3 months notice because the guy in the shop said it will be cancelled automatically if I never used it! I never wanted it in the first place and still have no use of it. I only was aware of it when i logged in to the O2 online website to see I now had 2 mobile numbers!What kind of a company behaves in this manner? I am now being forced to pay €69.98 per month for something that should cost less than €35. Also, Upon automatically renewing the contract for the sim I was using in my phone, they also put the cost up from €39.98 to €49.99 per month!! For only 25
Hi O2!I’m a o2 customer since 2 years. I have called total 2 hours with O2 service and it results in nothing. They told me to send a mail to O2 but were unable to help me solve this directly. I was in the Netherlands for visiting and called the local police number +31 343 57 8844, unfortunately it’s a paid number but cost is just 2.8 cents per minute but I ended up paying almost 50 euros for around 15 minutes calling which is ridiculous. I reached out to the dutch police and here I quote from them “The costs I stated are the only ones we collect.
