Hello,

I got my postpaid unlimited sim card on Friday it was working fine until today, I switched off my phone the moment I turned it on the internet no longer connect, I also cannot make any calls.

Do you perhaps know the problem?

  • Did you check if you turned off your internet on your device? 
  • Did you pay all your bills recently?
