Hello there,

I'm trying to complete the process request of moving to a new flat inside My O2 login area since the plan is to stick with the O2 DSL services. But it seems that I will need to switch tariffs to have O2 available at the new apartment location.
The step of the process "check address" recommended getting in touch with the Customer Service team to check the possibilities.
Therefore, I would like your support to check the process next steps and what are these possibilities.

If you move from one address to a new one, the DSL connection can in most cases move with you. We have an article about how to move your DSL connection online. 

Since it seems that on the address you are moving to the DSL connection may not be possible with the speed that you are used to it is recommended to contact our DSL customer service. You can do so for example by phone. If you do not speak any german at all I recommend calling with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent. You may also use some of our other contact possibilities like for example our chat or our WhatsApp services.
