Hello,

 

I’m currently looking to switch my account from Classic M to O2 my Home XL, and was wondering if I needed to go through the regular order process (and booking out a technician), or whether there was a way to make the switch directly online.

 

I already have access to a FRITZ!Box 7590, so also wouldn’t need any new hardware.

Please apologize our late reply.

 

I have checked your current plan and noticed that you have a contract with a monthly cancellation term. Do you want this for the o2 My Home XL as well? The monthly charges for the o2 My Home XL Flex will be 44,99 EUR. As this would be an upgrade, there are no further charges for the change. Please note that the change takes around 2 to 3 weeks. Normally, a visit of a technican is not neccessary.

 

Please also see our product information sheets for further details. Note that the prices contained therein are standard prices excluding any discounts.

 

Just let us know if you agree and we will carry out the tariff change.
