HI. My box stopped working on the 10/09. I'm not at home since 16/09, and I'll be back on 28/09.

A ticket was opened (XXXXXXXX). I called again the hotline last week but the O2 contact didn't speak English. Unfortunately the ticket has been closed. So i don't know if the problem is fixed now.

Are you able to see on your screen if my box works well now ? I gave you the ticket number above so that you can easily find my name.

As a reminder: the power and the wlan lights are ok, but the dsl light blinks. I tried to fix it with the o2 my service app, but it didn't work and o had to call the hotline as a consequence. 

Can you please tell me if you can see that everything works well ?

I called the hotline on Monday and a technician fixed the pb yesterday evening. Everything is alright now.
