I have signed a contract for my phone at euro 20 per month sin November 2019. Last month somebody from O2 called me about the offer. I told her that I don´t want the offer but I am charged euro 43 wihtout my notice and now I am charged euro 34.31 per month. Why is this happening without my consensus?  I have tried to contacted but no solution. Is O2 cheating and robbing me. I need to resolve this issue.

I confirm that we did not change your tariff. Instead you see that you ordered some services from Google App-Store: GOOGLE - Coins, GOOGLE - VIP Benefit.
