Hi, checking my invoice I noticed that I accidentally  bought two Prepaid Data Packs L 4G, valid since 01.09. I immediately cancelled one of it without using a bit of it but it seems I was already charged. 

Also, my prepaid L pack is totally something I didn’t want to extend, for I already changed my pack to Prepaid Data Pack L. I cancelled without using it and now I’m wondering is it possible to get a refund, or anything  of the same worth?

As I see, you already deactivated everything that you do not wish to have. So, there will be no prolonging of the package “o2 my Prepaid L”. 

 

So, I only need to check the refund now. :slight_smile:  

 

You will get the refund of 9,74 € for the package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” that you ordered accidentally twice yesterday. Additionally, you will receive a refund of 19,49 € for the package “o2 my Prepaid L”.
