ever since we moved to new apartment, on 31st July 2020 my internet connection breaks very frequently. tried to contact you or write email, but no success....where can I send in writing my complaint?

You could use the O2 diagnostic app  to do a pre diagnostic.

My be the O2 Mod could help you, but you should try to use the phone number

I am sorry to hear that your DSL connection is not as stable as it should be. I had a look into this and as far as i see you already contacted our technical DSL team. They will have a deeper look into this and will try to fix this as soon as possible. As soon as they have any news or need more information you should recieve an SMS.
