For three months I've been trying to cancel my contract with o2 because I'm moving abroad.
So, last week, after many attempts to contact o2, they asked me to resend some documents and a form. So for the third time I sent again all the documents to o2.
However, I did not have any return from you. I am leaving Germany one Thursday, so I need a confirmation. As well as cancel my bank account, which is linked to the payment to o2.
I tried to talk to the hotline and no answer could speak to me in English, except the times when they hung up the phone immediately. And I am trying since last week!
So please, I have already sent all the documents that were requested by you to cancel my contract due to my move abroad. What is the status of this? Why hasn't the contract been cancelled yet?
