I am a new customer for O2 DSL. My connection will get activated from 2nd November, 2020. I live in Düsseldorf now and I ordered the DSL for another city where I will move by end of October. Initially I had one email from O2, stating I can change my Router shipment address. But now O2 customer support is saying I need to cancel this contract and order a new router, which I do not understand. All I want is the router shipment in a different address or a delayed shipment of router. If nothing works then I like to know how to terminate O2 DSL at this stage.
