I have a problem with my internet access. Since yesterday (Monday) morning I suddenly lost the internet access. The router works well. I have restarted router multiple times, and have run diagnosis, it shows the rourter works good. The lights of Power/DSL and WLAN are also on. Please refer to attached screenshot. I have checked with O2 service team and was told they can't see problem with the fixed network and DSL.
I continue to call O2 service team today. Based on their instruction, I have downloaded a Handy App (O2 DSL Hilfe), and run the test. Everything appears correct, except for internet connection. I have also received a case number 900 118 784 022, which I have also shared with O2 service team later.

We've been out of Internet for two days, and still don't know what happened. Please help!!!
