I want to cancel my Phone order + new contract

Hello, 

I want to cancel the new Phone order+ contract. It was mistakenely placed. 

I was trying to amend my current contract with Phone but it went wrong. 

Could you please help me to cancel the order iPhone 13 Pro Blue + New Sim card as  I already have active O2 connection and dont want any new.

Thanks for the update. How should I proceed with the revocation?Any additional form or written format?

or it just an Email for revocation?

welcome to our site and thank you for your enquiry!
As @schluej has already recommended to you, a revocation is the best remedy in this situation. It may not be possible to stop the shipment of the device, so you can then refuse to accept the device and it will be completely returned afterwards.
However, the contract can be cancelled directly in advance.
