Cannot access some links from LTE Router

I don’t know what’s wrong. I can access the links if I use my mobile data as hotspot but not from the lte router. Even though I am using multi sim and the router has the same sim. 
Is there any way that I don’t get ipv6 but only get ipv4?

No, nothing is blocked from the router

if you have problems with the VPN, I can't help you there, you would have to contact the VPN provider. Since you can access the pages without a VPN, everything should be fine from our side.

No, I cannot access the links without VPN. I can access them by changing my internet.
