wrong address when ordering router

Hi. I ordered my WiFi router for my new apartment (new contract), but it was returned to the sender, claiming there was no one at home.

Only when I entered in O2 much later I realized the address was wrong (number 10, apartment 2 was mistaken as number 102). I cannot find a way of changing it.

Could the contract go on and the new router sent to the right address, or do I need to cancel everything and start a new contract with the correct address?

Thanks?

Hello @Cuqui ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

The hardware can be sent out again with a corrected address. If this hasn’t happened yet, you’d have to contact the customer service once for this. As you do not have an active contract yet, your community account isn’t linked to a contract, so we can’t access that here. So just get in touch with customer service and they can have the router send out again to the right address.

Kind regards, Sven
