Returned Router

HI O2,

 

I terminated my O2 contract due to shifting, I was charged with 50,24€ for not returning the router but I was never contacted by O2 regarding this and also I didn’t know where to send or how to send the router. I later found out and sent the router back. In the return status I see that the return processing has been finished on 12.02.2021 but I still haven’t refunded my money back. Could you please help.

Hello @Uditron and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If a DSL contract is canceled and you recieved a router with the contract from us it has to be sent back as soon as the contract expires. YOu should find additional information in the cancelation conrimation.

A router can be sent back to us free of charge via our DSL logistics portal.

If the router is not sent back within a short period after the deactivation it will be billed for. YOu still have some time after that to send it back and recieve your money back.

When did the contract end and when was the router billed for?
