Red "Info" Light on o2 Router

Hi :

Sorry, my German is not good enough to handle this. I read that o2 doesn't do customer service on the phone in English. Is this true? I also cannot figure out how to file a "service" ticket on this website.

This morning a red "info" light appeared on my o2 router. The DSL light remains a solid green, and I'm able to connect to the router's wifi, but wifi doesn't work. I have (of course) tried to unplug the router, as well as perform a factory reset. Additionally, the router does not allow me to log into it at http://192.168.1.1/. I cannot download the o2 service suite software because I run osx, not windows. Please assist!

hi. for the record this is fixed. i'm writing out what happened, in case any one encounters the same problems.

this morning, there was a red info light on the router. though the wifi network connected on all devices, the internet was not working. i was also unable to access the router at 192.168.1.1, even after turning the router on and off several times and resetting it. i was shown a "loading" screen with no other information.

this evening, when i tried the ip address again, i was shown a "set-up your router" screen on this ip address. from there, i could enter my Zugangs-PIN and reset the router. now dsl wifi works.

cheers.
