O2 HomeSpot Router Return

Hi Team,

Can anyone please explain me the process to return O2 Homespot router as I am leaving Germany permanently.

Tried with portal https://logistik.telefonica.de/retoure/o2/customer/overview

under Returns section,button is disabled

and on portal,no router found.

Can anyone guide me please.

Hello @AK345,

there areseveral possibilities regarding sending back a router to us, it wlaways depends on the contract and if the hardware was included in this tariff or if it was a seperate contract.

Were you already able to contact our customer service and was a solution found for sending back the router? :-)
