Internet speed reduced by half

Hello,

I’ve noticed that my internet speed is literally reduced by half for some reason. I’ve checked everything and no, it’s not on my end.

I tried calling, but since I don’t really understand German, I was not able to get to speak to anyone.

Now, I want to know why is my speed reduced. I am getting 12mb/s now, which is just ridiculous.

 

And being on a topic on internet speed, I want to know why was I getting 25mb/s, when it clearly says on ‘https://www.o2online.de/e-shop/dsl-festnetz’ that my address supports 50mb/s download and 10mb/s upload. 

I am PAYING right now for 50/10mbs, but was getting 25/5mbs, and NOW those 25 are reduced to 12mb/s!

I want this fixed now, I have a job to do, or I will simply cancel my contract and not recommend you to anyone I know!

I had way too many problems with your company in the last 3 months!

It’s resolved. I fixed it myself. 

I will create another topic on the other, main issue I have.

@vinoth What Router you exactly use? Speedtest over Wifi or LAN?

If tehre is anything that we can help you with feel free to ask, w will answer as soon as possible :-)

If you encounter a lower speed than expected please have a look at our internet availability, maybe you already have the maximum speed that is possible via DSL?
