Internet DSL funktioniert nicht in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin

Hallo,

in der Wörther Str. 10405 Berli, Internet DSL funktioniert seit 2 Tagen nicht mehr. 

Kann uns bitte jemand sagen, wann der Service wieder verfügbar sein wird?

Entschuldigung für mein schlechtes deutsches Schreiben :)

@Ahmed_Gamal Please use the service app and than Festnetz-Internet. Switch over to English if you want and than run the test. With the preticket number call the hotline. If you don’t Like to talk try the WhatsApp chat from o2.

@Ahmed_Gamal Is the DSL LED flashing? If yes make a technical ticket please. Blinkt die DSL Leuchte? Wenn ja, bitte ein technisches Ticket erstellen.

    Yes it’s flashing, I found this when I check from O2 app

    @Ahmed_Gamal This is problem with amobile basestation not for dsl landline Internet. Please raise a ticket. Did you have an o2 homebox?

    @Joe Doe I have a Fritz box. Should I raise a technical ticket or some other ticket on amobile basestation?
