i have a problem from 2 months ago about my DSL that has not been solved. There is a problem with 'Zugangsp-PIN'. I had called the hotline number and they said i needed help (because i can not understand and speak german really good so i could not describe what was happening). Finally i am not using any Wi-Fi but still paying for that service until now. 😅
What should i do?
