DSL geht nicht zu hause

Hallo Leute : ) 

Ich habe einen DSL Vertrag (mit Mobil auch), aber funktioniert seit Gestern nicht -- keine Verbindung. (Die “DSL” Licht ist grün und stark bleibt, aber blinkt die “Internet”licht.) Heute Morgen habe ich mit einem Mitarbeiter gesprochen. Er sagt (ich glaube), dass viele Leute in Berlin diesen Problem gerade haben. Ist das stimmt?

I am sorry to hear that there were issues with your DSL connection. If such an issue affects many people at the same time it is quite likely that this will be resolved on the same day, in most cases even within a few hours.

How does it look like? The connection is up and running again, I assume? :-)

Moin Moin,

is the DSL light is on you have a sync.

Inter bunking is normal (traffic).

If you get a case number from the DSL App and the Support tells you there is a problem, than there is a problem.

Danke! Though I wanted to know if there was a problem with other people in the Berlin network? The Mitarbeiter mentioned “thousands” of people having trouble.

If that’s true, then it means my problem is likely related to a bigger issue – and I should just wait until that’s resolved (because mine will also be fixed then)

Yea you are not alone with the problem. I atleast don't have any internet either, also from Berlin. Customer support told me there is a big issue around Berlin. Guess they are working on it.
