DSL connection constantly not working

I live in Frankfurt (60486). Since last week, my DSL connection has constantly failed. The router is O2 Homebox 2, and during the down time, only the power, LAN and WLAN are blinking. The internet breaks every 4-5 mins, and it takes another 4-5 mins to recover after reboot the router, then breaks again. The connection can be out for over 20 times per day! Such a disaster during the pandemic when I need to work from home!

 

I have used O2 DSL for 7 years, but this time I will change the internet supplier if the issue continues.

Please call this service number from your mobile phone if possible, as troubleshooting may be necessary. The router may have to be restarted and calls from the landline network are interrupted.

And you should speak german or you should have some one how could.
