Cancel my order cable internet.

Hello,

I have order Cable Internet online for my house, but I would like to cancel it and its yet to be shipped. I found a great option for the internet so I would like to cancel the order before its shipped or delivered to my house.

    Too bad you no longer want the contract. When did you order it? You can revoke the contract at the email address: widerruf@cc.o2online.de 

     You have also received a cancellation policy with your order, which also states this again.

    I cant find the customer no. from the contract.

    If you get the notice for delivery the router than it is normally to late to withdraw.

    When did you place the online order and what was the date when you receive the widerrufsbelehrung?
