Dear All,
I have followed all process laid down, but unfortunately internet is not connected. The power light keeps on blinking. I made a diagnostic test and it says the internet is not connected. The technician has closed the ticket stating that the problem is with the router. But the router is fine and the AVM has confimed that the router is uptodate. Router i have is Cable router 6660 (Fritzbox).
Could some one please help, how to contact the O2 to arrange a technician to help on this matter.
When i connect the tv, i can see the channels. But when it is connected to the router, it is not working
