Wish for termination

I have some problems with contract termination. There is no full adress, i mean street and house number, for termination.

I need a street and a house number to send a latter by post. Also, I can not send fax to the number 01805 - 57 17 66. When i send a fax from another country do I need to press + 49 beforehead?

you can use this form, a street and house number are not necessary,

this is correctly addressed via the postcode.

please try Fax +49 1805 57 17 66

    You do not need a street or house number. The address is correct as it is. Yes, if you send a FAX from another country you would of course need to add the country code 49 for Germany.

    I have used two services for fax sending, but i have received only this:

    We could not send fax to number +491805571766. 

    That happens all time. What do I do wrong?

    the phone number is chargeable,

    therefore the sending will probably be refused.

    If the number is not reachable from the country you are in / service you are using then no.

    Just have a look also here: cancellation possibilities

    I have never heard that a cancellation did not arrive at o2 because we do not have a street and housenumber.
