Wrongly activated EU roaming flat (24M)

Hello Team,
I have wrongly activated EU roaming Flat pack (24M).
That wasn't supposed to happen. But since there was no option in english in the app, I wrongly understood about the plan and got activated it. I thought it was for 1month I did it. But realized that it was for a long while. I really don't need that plan. Its cost is 4.99EUR per month and its of no use to me. Hence I wanted to detactivate that plan. I really haven't used any of the data or the plan yet. It just got activated today. Hence i wanted to inform you guys to de-activate it. I tried to do it on app but didn't find it. Could you please help me to deactivate it.

Hi @kiranramachandra,

thanks for your request.

You already deactivated the "EU Roaming Flatrate" on 2nd December 2018. You now have the option "Roaming Basic" with no extra charge.

So everything is fine.

thanks for your request.

You already deactivated the "EU Roaming Flatrate" on 2nd December 2018. You now have the option "Roaming Basic" with no extra charge.

So everything is fine.

Thanks for your reply.
I hope its fine. Just another clarification.

Can I just do EU Roaming flat-24 (4.99EUR) for just one month being activated and go back to the normal plan of mine which is free? Is that allowed or I have to be in that plan for 24 months? Don't we have something which covers Swiss Network and valid for one month?

The "24" in the name of the "EU Roaming Flat 24" means something. 😉

If you order this option, it's for 24 months and ends at the end of those 24 months respectively of the whole contract after being cancelled. This special option is not offered just for one month.
