Wrong internet package

Hello ,

i have the following problem ... I changed my package 6 months ago and I was promised 3gb of lte internet .. and after I consumed that I could still browse just not with lte ... instead of that every time time I use 2gb of internet I have no speed at all and I get the sms saying that I have no more internet but when I log in into the “meinO2 app “ it says I still have one gb left ...
