I would like to say here my disappoint for the first time with O2!
I am a really happy costumer, I have a simple plan, that I pay only 29,99 Euros, and I saw this incredible plan, where I woud get the new Huawei Mate 20 pro, with the same data plan that I have, paying 54,90 Euros. When I got to ask for this online, came to my attention that I´m not that important for O2. This was only for new costumers. As the attendent said to me and I quote "we give bonuses only for new costumers". So I felt not so important for O2. I just wanted to pay more and stay more time with O2. And I couldn´t.
All that I wanted is to have the promotion of the Huawei mate 20 pro with the amazon echo show!!!
And not been able to have it, only new costumers was very sad!!!
I wish a better explanation!!!

We only can give our faithful and longterm customers a special offer if your contract can be prolonged for another 24 months.
Please note that the time for prolonging your contract has not yet arrived, this is possible at the earliest on 19th March 2019.
Therefore, you have 2 possibilities at the moment:
Please pay attention to the fact that the campaign with the Amazon Echo Show on top is only valid until 25th October 2018.
If you agree to one of these alternatives, please let us know your decision here in the English community.

- You decide to order a new contract with a new mobile phone number. If you like to get a new contract, you can order the phone "Huawei Mate 20 Pro" in black or twilight including the Amazon Echo Show for free together with the tariff "o2 Free M" with 10 GB data volume for a monthly fee of 54,99 € for 24 months (additionally 1,00 € for the phone and 4,99 € for the delivery and 29,99 € activation costs). But please be aware of the fact that your old contract will end at the earlist in 13 months.
- You decide only to order the phone for the normal o2 my Handy-price of 41,50 € for 24 months (additionally 1,00 € for the phone and 4,99 € for the delivery). Even if you order only the phone, you have the possibility to get the Amazon Echo Show.
Please pay attention to the fact that the campaign with the Amazon Echo Show on top is only valid until 25th October 2018.

Really that it is impossible to upgrade today my plan?
Your options are not reasonable if we do the math, that is quite easy I can put it here:
First one would be having 2 lines, I would pay for 1 year more then 80 euros to have the opportunity that cost only 59 euros for new costumers.
Second one, I buy an phone more expensive in every other store. 41,50 times 24 is 966 plus one 997 plus 4,99 it is 1004,99.
What I would love is to have the same opportunity that a new costumer have!
To upgrade today my plan.
This again shows that I have not even closer the same importance of a new costumer.

You have signed a contract for 24 months, the conditions were known to you from the beginning and to these conditions are tied both parties ... is this different in your home country?
I have done by internet, It was not known this "time to update" only the time to cancel! I did not even signed a contract in paper, you have no signature of myself on a paper.
It is not about knowing or not knowing, is about how I feel not been able to have something that anyone who is not O2 can!

I cannot offer you any other solution.
This has nothing to do with arrogance on our side.
You have made a contract for a 24-month-period and agreed to it. As I already mentioned, we can give you another special offer on 19th March 2019.
I understand that you expect another solution. In this case it is not possible for us at the moment.

But i did not made a contract that states that i cannot upgrade my contract before
I have no problem about 24 month contract period!!!
I have a problem not been able to upgrade it and stay longer with O2

But what you demand is not an upgrade, but a special offer with discounts. This is possible not earlier than 19th March 2019.
I do not want to give you the impression of being incooperative, but in this case I do not have any other solution for you.
