I have been trying to call 3 or 4 times to activate the Kombi Vorteil. When, you should do that automatically!!! If you don't activate it this month, I am gonna quit both contracts.

I just added my number to my account details.
I am ganna ask you to pay me back the 20€ O2 overcharged me in the last two months for not activating the Kombi Vorteil automatically, as you should do. That's why, I signed a DSL contract with O2.

I found the issue. The discount wasn't activated because the contracts were on 2 different accounts. With your permission we can merge the contracts under one account and then activate the discount. The merging of the accounts is generally charged with a one-time payment of 29,99 €, but in your case we can do it free of charge.

As I acontracted the DSL, the sales person told my I had the benefit of the Kombi Vorteil. She never mentioned that I had two different accounts. And, she never mentioned the HIDDEN FEE of 30€ just to merge my two accounts.
Is it my fault that I have two accounts? No, O2 generated two accounts for me for NO apparent reason. Why the same customer, that calls from a O2 number, identifies him self as a customer, comfirms with his private password that is a customer, has two accounts?
I thank you for merging now the two accounts. But, I don't thank O2 for not charging me the 30€ HIDDEN FEE. So, I still insist that O2 pays me back the 20€ from the last two months you OVERCHARGED me.

This will take some days. Just contact us here during the next week and we'll check it, and activate the discount then.
You'll also get a credit then, with the amount of money that you 'lost' for the time it wasn't active.
