Hello, I ordered the SIM card two weeks ago but it has not been delivered yet.
My order number is WSFC32929020.
I checked my order via 'order status' but the status is still displayed 'in delivery'.
If there is any trouble, let me know.
I'm now really trouble because of undelivered SIM card.

I just checked the delivery status of your sim-card. The sim-card was delivered to your contact address on 18th April 2019.
I regret that you did not receive the sim-card. I therefore ordered the delivery of an exchange sim-card to your contact-address.
The sim-card will arrive within the next 5 days.
