Whats the notice period to apply for DSL connection

I will be shifting to Stuttgart area (From Munich area) , starting from April 2018.

However, I don't know the new apartment address as of now.

Could you please let me know the notice period to apply for DSL connection relocation?

Also let me know the shifting process (How to apply for relocation)?

Hi,

if you know the new adress you can order the relocatoin of DSL online at mein o2 -> Umzug.

If this not work you can sent a letter https://static2.o9.de/blob/10647396/v=9/Binary/umzugsauftrag-dsl-pdf.pdf  by fax or post to o2 or you can use the hotline.

Normaly o2 needs ca. 4 weeks to relocate your DSL connection, if there a free landline - port.
