Vertragsverlängerung

Hi o2 Team,

I hope it is ok when I write in English - unfortunately my German is far from perfect.

After trying to call Hotline for last couple of days I decided to ask question here.

I am long time o2 customer (more then 10 years).

I have currently 2 contracts (All-in-One-M Professional and All-in-One Professional L) and soon will need one more. One of my contracts will be entitled for extending (Vertragsverlängerung) at 11.05. The offers I see so far are very disappointing and I am thinking about canceling all my contracts and move somewhere else if I will not get a good offer now. 

So basically I would ask you if the following would be possible:

Extend my All-in-One Professional L on the same conditions as new customer - I am particularly interested in iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB with o2 Free M Professional.

I would appreciate the answer today or early early tomorrow. Tomorrow is my last day for Kündigung and if I will not get any offer I will just cancel my contracts.

you're in a forum here, answers can take several days.

Did you already talk with the customer support about an offer?

Or is it still current?
