Hi, I have the same case too...
I want to terminate my o2 DSL Contract as soon as possible. I already sent a mail to o2 with this following address:
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Überseering 33a
22297 Hamburg
But I still don't have any sufficient reply. They ask me to call the customer service to talk about my internet termination instead. And I called them a couple of times, but unfortunately I even cannot get through to a person who I can talk. I have to waited more than 20 mins in every single phoned. It's make me confuse and upsetting me a lot.
I really want to terminate my contract, because I finish my study and I have to leave Berlin and go back to my country at 31 July 2016. I already prepared my document for terminating my internet, just in case the company ask me to send it as the termination requirements. I already have my copied visa, passport, airplane ticket and abmeldebestätigung but I still don't have any idea where to send it - or how to contacting o2 representative to terminate my internet. Because, I believe that my bank account will be close soon before my departure.
If you read my message in here.. Kindly please reply my comment so I can terminate and pay an extra cost (if any) as soon as possible. I really don't have any idea what to do....

for an extraordinary dismissal you have to send the documents that you note down to the company, the address that you named is the correct one. But you have to say that it's a dismissal because of leaving Germany. Please keep in mind that you will get a final revision that needs to be charged from a bank account.
