Tried to order a phone with a tarife


I have tried to order a telephone with sim card, but recieved a letter that says that the phone is not available at the moment at the conditions that were named at the website but in a couple of days i have still recieved a sim card via mail. As far as i understand I've got subscribed to the 24 months contract anyway 😞 but without a new phone it is not interesting for me!
So how can i either add a phone to my current contract at the prices that are stated on the website or Withdraw the contract?
