transfering number from o2 prepaid

Hello, 

I would like to begin a procedure to transfer my O2 prepaid number to another carrier. I was told I need to ask o2 to "unblock" my number to allow this to happen and pay some fees. 

Would it be possible to get English support to begin this process?

Hi @user124,

your new provider can send a request, i just set the release for your number. The release is valid until June, 20th.✅ Please make sure to charge  24,95 Euro to your credit, since this is the fee for the number-transfer. Otherwise the request will be automatically rejected.

Great, thanks Jelena! The provider sending the request, that is directly from the new provider to O2 , or do I need to do anything else?

Nothing more needed ☺️ Just inform your new provider, that you would like to take your old number with you and they will start the process.
