thanks for your request.

I just have released your number now. The number is now ready for porting to another provider.

Please contact now your new provider.

The porting will be charged with 24,95 €. Please make sure that you have this amount on your prepaid-card.

After the porting, you may also transfer the rest of your loaded amount to your bank account. To do so, please use this document: https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/70982/01c6e4a0d79666f33a3a2220fd39f0cc/prepaid-guthabenauszahlung-download-data.pdf
