I had an appointment today between 12:00 and 16:00. The Telekom person did not call me did not show up! The o2 customer service said it was activated remotely as per the comment by Telekom person. when I connected my DSL the light doesnot turn green! it's so frustrating with this kind of service! How do I resolve this problem????? any suggestions

is the "DSL" LED blinking instead of tunrning into permanent green?



Do you have more than one telephone sockets in your flat?



Have you tried out all of them?

@o2_Christian‌ : There is the only one Telephone line. The support claims that the connection was activated remotely! Is it possible to be activated remotely in Frankfurt? Can you please create a ticket etc so that a telekom technician comes

and resolves this? I think the telekom technician who did not show up on Monday maybe just made it up that it's activated remotely. I waited so long and the internet need is urgent. Please Help !




Can you help me out. The Telekom person did not show up. There is no call or anything from o2 service. I have no intimation when is the next time he is going to visit! I do not have internet. I have wasted 2-3 hours calling and complaining can you provide me an email address where I can write to ? Do you advice me to cancel the contract ? I called the o2 helpline 15 times. wasted 3 -4 hours  !!!!!! explaining the problem Still no NEW  appointment. The customer service play around transferring calls to different people. I still do not have a new appointment fixing my DSL line !  What's happening ??? is this the kind of service that o2 offers ? I feel cheated!!!!

Can you heeeeeeeeeeelppppppppp. The phone customer service DOES NOT  answer when the technician is coming to fix my issue. They ask me wait or CUT the call or Transfer it to someone else like once I had 5 transfers lol. Is it the mistake of my life that I choose o2?
