Terminate my o2 contract

Hello,

if you want to make an extraordinary dismissal because of moving abroad you need to fill out the needed form which you find attached here in my answer, and hand in all the needed documents that are mentioned in the document:

- a deregistration certificate of your present place of residence
- a notification of your new, foreign domicile
alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord

All we need now is your approval for us to charge you the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months.

Keep in mind that the process of that cancellation will be longer than your date or departure. So leave your bank account open until everything is done, so that o2 can charge the money, or change the payment that you transfer the money by yourself after you've got the invoice.
