Terminate my contract

Hello O2 Team and Community,

I've sent the one time post letter of termination contract request in Sep. 2017 and two times in fax in Nov.2017, also in few days ago contacted by O2 staff saying that contact can be terminated immediately if i am leaving Germany ,but on my "Mein O2" the contract is still running till Jan,2019. Can you help to check what is the status now and help to fix the problem?

Because I am leaving Germany back to China at 30th Nov,2017 and my German VISA also de-registered from 1st Dec,2017 by Immigration Office. So , after I left Germany , I don't want to keep paying the bill for not even using O2 network at all 

I am really looking forward to the response.

OK,I will send this PDF form again

but one more question, I am still in Germany now till next week, is it ok to send my de-registration certificate from Immigration office instead of following g two documents?

  • -  a registration certificate of your present place of residence
  • -  a notification of your new, foreign domicile alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord

Its not enough to prove that you leave Germany, its necessary to prove that you live permanent in another country.

So i would send the de-registration and a confirmation of my landlord (mostly a place to live ist the first thing you have ☺️).
