I whona know how to stop automatic renew of my contract with o2. the date for do this action is 29.1.2019. Butt on official o2 website I cant find option where is posible to do that. And other this is that I had 2 bill to pay for last to months. I did that on mondey 20.8 august 2018. And o2 block today all my services.

The best ways are sending a fax or a letter and to keep the transmission report or the sending voucher. ;)
