Hello, I had my new DSL installed on Friday morning but have no internet since Friday evening. I called customer service yesterday and they said they will send a technician to fix it as it is a problem from O2 area connection . I tried checking online with the ticket status but it says my postcode is not good. How can I find when the technician comes since I am not home most of the time and have to make arrangement for the appointment .

you can't find the zip code because the ticket is already closed. The German Telecom reported the connectivity as working. Pls check the following steps:




  • are the cables okay and correctly plugged in?
  • if so: did you do a device hardreset?
  • if it is still not working properly: do you have the change to try another device? Is the sync okay there?

If every step is followed and there is still no connection pls get in touch with the technical support again.
