I have a DSL contract with O2 from 24.05.2017 and sent a cancellation letter and called 3 months sooner but have not received confirmation yet .How can I be sure that my contract is successfully cancelled?

I had a look into this. According to our data we sent you a confirmation on the 21st of February. The contract will be deactivated on the 23rd of May.

If you also recieved a DSl router from us please send it back free of charge using our DSL logistics portal.
