My mobile was stolen and asked about how I can apply for the contract termination. And he/she left a message at the end of O2 Live chat.

-->> Du wirst in ein paar Tagen eine SMS zur Kundenzufriedenheit bekommen. In dieser bewertest Du ausschließlich meine Freundlichkeit und mich. Ich freue mich, wenn Du mir eine 10 gibst ☺️

SORRY, I HAVE NO MOBILE, SO I CANNOT GIVE YOU 10!!!

I will terminate this contract and never ever again O2 and Telefonica insurance in my life.

===

If O2 doesn't want to provide English CS, please do not sell your mobile and a mobile insurance to non-German speakers! It is too difficult to solve my case with O2 and Telefonica. Even I did not know, my mobile contract was extended 1 year more automatically without any notification.

Buy a new smartphone, order a replacement card and continue using your contract

A stolen mobile phone does not entitled to a termination of the contract ⚠️

===

Don`t sign contracts you don`t understand. The contract is renewed automatically if it is not terminated. This is common in mobile phone contracts.

You will find this information:

Thanks for your response. Hmm I do not have a mobile, then how can I give 10? That means he/she really did not care about my case.

I do not know how it is Easy to say like that! I am still paying the monthly rate, 39.99 euro and I only want to stop extending my contact any more. Yeah I must pay 479.88 euro for a year for nothing!!!

Could you tell me which German Telecom (mobile service provider) company provides a contract with English version and bills? If There is one, I will move to the telecom company and I will tell to all my friends to move to new telecom company. By your advise about singing on the contract, all foreiners must not use mobile in Germany? Coz we do not understand all terms in the contract. Plz do not ignore us as we do not understand perfact German! I am paying for the service and product.

And I am still paying Mobile insurance fee since Dec 2015, and they work as turtle. I think 5months is way too long for check the case of mobile stolen. -_-

are you working at O2? If yes, I am really unhappy about your response.

Another aspect - why is o2 guilty, that your phone was stolen? o2 provides his mobile service and you can order a new SIM. What ist your problem? Both sides must fulfill the contract!

btw - if I´m abroad, I take always only national prepaid cards due to the problems with legal terms. O2 is not reponsible if you can´t understand the contract. You understand?

If you don't understand a contract then don't sign it. It's as simple as that. I am quite sure that vsitors to your home country have a similar problem. My advice would be to always take somebody with you who speaks German so that they can explain things to you if the employee is unable to. Having said that there are a lot of German native speakers who don't read what they sign either!

To my knowledge no German provider provides contracts and invices in English.

Concerning your problem: What is it you expect from o2 right now? If you wish to cancel your contract at the ned of the current term then send a letter (in English should be fine as long as it is clear what you want and you include all relevant details). This is standard procedure with perpetual contracts, and not just in Germany. If you don't want the insurance anymore then you should cancel that as well. If your phone has been stolen then presumably the insurance should cover this. What did they tell you when you made a claim?

He is a customer like you, who voluntary helps other customers.

No. You pay for two differnt sorts of things: you pay for a mobile contract and (plus!) for a gadget (which is a credit contract and you pay monthly rates, as you purchased it, you did not rent it!), these are two contracts. If you lost your phone it's your problem, not o2's. 😉 Buy a new phone or get a new SIM-card. This is not too great a problem to solve.

Both contracts have to fulfilled by you until ther ends after altogether 24 months. 😉 o2 will surely not end your contracts before the end of term.

Apart from this: If you don't understand the contracts you sign: don't make contracts.

Correct. And if I want to make a contract abroad I don't know any non-German-speaking country that provides contracts in German.

Are they kidding me to ask give 10 point for the service??? How can I get the text? That means they really do not care about the case from the customer.

Many people own more than only one mobile phone. 😉 Apart from this it's an automatic process that doesn't consider individual situations.

If you are not ready to give 10 Points: don't do it. No one forces you to do so. Neither do you yourself deserve 10 points -  for your childish behaviour in this thread.

More and more I gain the impression that you are artificially upset. In my opinion you exaggerate the problem.

So your biggest problem is that you were asked to rate your experience? Seriously? If you don't want to give them 10 then don't. Did you expect them to write "Please give me at least 5"? Obviously they would like 10, but it's entirely up to you.

If they care about Customer's feeling, they must not bag 10 points to someone has no mobile to get the message form O2....;;;

OK, it makes no sense discussing with you. You don't understand. No problem. There are other threads that are worth spending one's time to.

Have a nice evening.
