The Sky Monthly ticket auto-renewed on my contract this month, however I have not been using it at all. Is there a way that I can claim back the money taken out for the last month, and cancel the auto-renewal? (I believe I can cancel the auto-renewal through the O2 Portal but I don't want to cancel it before the first point has been clarified).

Hello dale,
the Sky packs can get deactivated per month. So, now that you have asked here at the 20th of March, I have put the deactivation date at the 19th of April. Both packs will be deactivated then.
