I recently purchased an O2 Contract and I have two issues. One, I purchased Sky Cinema ticket with the contract but have never received any login details or codes. Second, I completed the necessary steps to take my AldiTalk number through them. I have confirmation that my number is available and there was no charge to take the number. I received an email saying that there was an issue with moving my number over but there were no specifics.
Please help

At the beginning of your contract, a text message was sent to you with the registration details and you can register for the Sky Ticket here by simply using your o2 login.
Regarding the import of your phone number, we have received the info that it could not be transferred to your new contract at o2 yet because there were details different regarding your name or address.
Please make sure that your name, surname, date of birth and address you gave at both your previous provider as well as o2 match exactly.
(If there has been an update regarding any of those details, you can change them later at your o2 account.)
This is crucial for the porting order to be processed.
So if you have checked those details, simply start a new porting order in Mein o2 to transfer the number to your new o2 account.

Thanks for the swift response. The link included requires that I setup the Sky Ticket for €9.99. On my invoice, I have already paid for Sky Cinema. It is a monthly charge included. How can I activate the package I’m already paying for?

I has a friend help out by calling the help center. I was able to start the process to change my number I believe. Can you please confirm?
Also, they sent the link but I used an email which I already had a sky account thinking it could be added. The link has now been deactivated because of that and I can’t request another. Can you please resend?
