SIM karte deaktivieren ausser Deutschland

Sorry, that I'm writting in English but I don't know German so good as English. I hope it will be not problem for you that I'm writting in English.

I have SIM card from o2, since more than 2 years, but few months ago I leave Germany to Poland and I know that I will not need this SIM card any more. I want it to deactivate/delete. How I can deactivate/delete SIM account outside Germany?

I don't have plan to go to Germany in next few months.

I have a question regarding cancellation and when i try to post it in this forum, it asks me to link the space. But I wasn't able to link the " English community group" in the "link space" field.
