hello, I have ordered a Postpaid SIM card recently at 30th of November. Actually, I have ordered with MY handy, you have sent me a only Postpaid SIM card and withdrawal 19.80 euros from my account. I like to refund this SIM card but I am not quite sure how and if I login in to the refund website, they only give me a message that "this item cannot be refunded". Please help me with this problem I am suffering a lot from this.
