They rejected my order and it was Okay from here. However, later on I received mail that soon I received mail that I will receive Postpaid SIM WL EKL. I have no idea what to do, will they send me my handy subsequently or are they just sending me a SIM card??? If I only receive SIM card shall I pay for that every month?? and where should I contact in order to find out the reason why my order has been rejected ???? bitte hilfe mich

You mean that you have ordered a runtime mobile contract and a smartphone?
Smartphone and the contract of the tariff are two different things. When you want to buy a smartphone by installments there is always a solvency check. We can't have a look at it why it was rejected, if it was.
But in the end it can have several reasons.
When you get the simcard you can also unsay the contract during a time of 14 days.

The mobile phone was rejected after the solvency check. When you want to buy a phone at the hotline or online or anywhere, you always confirm that a solvency check will be done, and after that they check everything.
So, do you want to keep the contract like this without the phone or should we cancel everything for you?
And i can not see a debit entry in your data, because nothing is activated yet. Are you sure its from o2?
